If you believe you have received the wrong item, or your item is faulty, please contact us immediately, quoting your OcShop order number, and we will do our best to resolve the issue swiftly:
Orders are accepted on a firm sale basis. If you need to return your item please notify us before returning it and we will log details of the problem. The item must reach us in new, un-played, re-saleable condition within 28 days of date of invoice. Please obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office, or use recorded/special delivery. At the point of receiving returned goods, we will refund your card with the price you paid for the goods, excluding postage.
