Whole Class Instrumental Training – Kettering
You are invited to our home on Saturday 1st July – sessions start at 10am and run throughout the day until 3.30pm for
Whole Class Instrumental Teaching – How to give your pupils an Instrumental Voice
Join us for four-hours of hands-on practical training, encouragement and sharing with like-minded colleagues.
You don’t have to be able to play the Ocarina already – and whether you consider yourself “musical” or not, this is for you! Bring your teaching colleagues too – for a day-out in the East Midlands, heart of England.
This training day will enable you to teach instrumental music to your own classes – and you may collect any resources ordered in advance.
Through using the language of music you will learn:
- To play the Ocarina fluently using a variety of methods
- Apply these quick-learning methods to your own music teaching
- Understand the pedagogy that makes the Ocarina accessible for all
PLUS you will be among the first to try out out latest resources.
Refreshments provided, as well as a cold-buffet at lunchtime.
This is a genuine invitation to our home where we also have a world-renowned collection of Ocarinas which you may visit in timed-slots during the lunch hour (if you can drag yourself away from the garden!).

The total amount due is £30 per person (£25 + £5 vat)
