UK School Orders
UK Schools and Local Authorities are welcome to place orders through OcShop. Ordering from Ocarina Workshop Limited is fast and secure. Ex-vat and inc-vat prices are clearly displayed throughout the ordering process. You can proceed through the ordering pages as a guest, or register.
Payment can be made securely through the site using a card. Alternatively we will send goods to Schools or Local Authorities with an invoice, which will be due for payment 30 days from date of order. Please give your Education Order Number and contact details of the person responsible for the order.
Delivery is charged at a nominal rate on smaller orders (£1.50 ex-vat for orders up to £10 in value, and £3 ex-vat on orders up to £30). Standard Delivery on all orders over £30 ex-vat is FREE. If your order is urgent, please choose Special Delivery (additional charge applies). This guarantees your delivery within 2 working days, and usually next day if your order is placed before midday. Standard Delivery by Royal Mail can be expected within 3 to 5 working days. For larger parcels, our courier company deliver within 2 to 5 working days.

Special Delivery priority orders placed by midday, will normally be delivered on the next working day, weather permitting.
The cost for Special Delivery is:
£6 for orders up to £5 (that’s £7.20 inc-vat)
£7.50 for orders up to £30 (that’s £9 inc-vat)
£10 for orders over £30 (that’s £12 inc-vat)

Note: we cannot usually dispatch school orders to home addresses. If you place your order during school holidays, please let us know your term dates and we will arrange for delivery as soon as your school is open. If you can guarantee being at home to receive your parcel, then please phone us, to make a special arrangement.
