You will be asked to read and accept Ocarina Workshop terms and conditions when you place your order.
Payment for UK Home orders and International orders must be made before dispatch. UK Schools can be supplied on invoice and should give an Education Order number where possible. Payment is required within 30 days of supply.
Card payments will be made securely through WorldPay or PayPal at the point of confirming your order through this site.
You can cancel your order at any time, until you submit your order. Your order will be acknowledged by e-mail. For any enquiries about your order, please respond to that e-mail, using the unique order reference.
Your order and delivery details will be kept securely by Ocarina Workshop and not disclosed or passed on to any third parties.
Postage is added at cost according to the size and value of your order. All orders are dispatched promptly, by First Class Mail or using an Express Courier delivery service.
Priority UK Delivery will ensure your order is delivered within 2 to 3 working days (and often next working day).
Standard UK Delivery is usually within 3 to 5 working days, and often sooner. If your order is not delivered within this time, please notify us immediately.
Returns are rare, as orders are accepted on a firm sale basis. Should you wish to return your order, please ring us to discuss the problem and we will do our best to put it right. Returns are accepted within 28 days of invoice date only. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting and use recorded delivery. At the point of receiving returned goods, we will refund your card for the total order value, excluding postage.
VAT is included in the price of orders supplied within the UK, at the current rate. A full vat invoice / receipt is supplied with the goods. International customers pay ex-vat prices on all products and postage. The delivery costs are as listed and must be paid in full before despatch. Any local taxes/customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
BFPO schools should order as UK Schools, entering their BFPO number in the Postcode field. Once your order has been submitted, you may email a request for a vat refund if your school is eligible. Any refunds and additional postage costs will be handled at this point.
International Customers should allow longer for delivery (up to 30 working days, depending on your country and the time of year). Postage charges are kept to a minimum. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and a daily currency converter is provided. Card Payment is preferred. If you wish to pay directly to ‘Ocarina Workshop Limited’ bank account, you must pay any charges made by the sending and receiving banks. Orders will be despatched as soon as we receive your payment, and are usually delivered within 5 to 15 working days.
Canada: should any dispute or claim arise, this will be resolved under UK Law and not Canadian Law.
