International Orders
The best way to place your order is through OcShop, making payment securely using a card (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). You will not be asked to enter payment details on this website but transferred to WorldPay or PayPal.
Should you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, please order in OcShop as normal: the email confirming your order will contain our bank details so you can pay immediately or on receipt of our ProForma invoice. As soon as we receive payment in full we will send your order. Please make sure you pay all bank charges.
If you would like a formal quotation, please email info@ocarina.co.uk with details of your proposed order, and we will prepare a quotation for the exact cost and including delivery.
Delivery to Europe
Postage costs outside the UK are calculated according to the ex-vat value of goods. This is added automatically when you enter your shipping address.
Small orders within Europe are sent by Standard Royal Mail. Delivery is usually 5 to 15 working days (but please allow up to 30 working days).
For orders with goods over £250 / £300 in value, we will usually send using an Express Courier, for tracked delivery in 2 to 7 working days.
